Roberto Mathew, President of Pana Divers lead the dive team to do an initial monitoring of the Reef Ball placement north of the shipping bouy with a technical dive to 137 feet. During the dive, Reef Ball "parachute" bouys were recovered and they confirmed that the Reef Balls landed upright.
